Pauline is a born entrepreneur.   She started her first business as an international image consultant, then went on to develop an enormously successful career in marketing.

When her son Dylan was born in 1995 she just couldn’t imagine keeping up the long hours required to have a new baby and a full time job.   She wanted to be there for her son and have a fulfilling business and what she calls a cafe latte lifestyle… as a single mum she was determined to do all three.

She quickly learned how to leverage her time in what she believes the only form of true ‘free enterprise’ developing both a successful career (part time) and a fulfilling role as a mum.

Pauline believes in time and money  freedom and knows that the only way to truly achieve this is to have your own business, work your own hours, be your own boss and build ‘leverage’ into your life.

She is passionate about helping other 40+ women develop their entrepreneurial spirit in a way that supports them having it all.

Over the past 7 years  I have been part of a strong dynamic and successful marketing environment and it has become increasingly obvious that women learn and function differently and have unique needs to building successful businesses.

I feel compelled to share with others women what I  learned and what I know about building the life and business of your dreams.
